Even the most seasoned runner would have been daunted by the rains we encountered upon arriving in Paradise, MI for the Tahqua, but the running gods were with us this morning. Conditions were sunny, muddy, and in the mid-80’s- the perfect day for a trail running adventures. Many runners took advantage of the river after the race and were able to see the falls at a much slower pace. A big thanks goes out to Jeff Crumbaugh from Great Lakes Endurance for putting on another environmentally friendly, fun race!
